What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods that is available under Shopify Payments. In addition, we accept PayPal and Buy Now, Pay Later methods as well.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: This does not apply to any of the Trading cards. We do not accept returns for change of mind. All returns require customer to pay for return label.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you need to cancel or change address. Please Contact Us within 4-5hrs so we can rectify as once item has been shipped fees will occur.

Products

Do you do pre-orders?

Pre-orders are super exciting, however with the increasing pressure on supply published release dates they are not always adhered to by the Vendors or Distributors.
Therefore, all ETA release dates that we publish are provided as an estimate only. This is due to possible delays that can occur which Friendly Collectibles cannot control. This includes shipping delays, supplier shortages (wave or split shipments) and manufacturing issues.
In the event of a delay and/or cancellation, we will endeavour to update those who have placed a pre-order via email, update our website and post on our social media profiles.
Pre-orders are not available for English Pokemon TCG Products due to the strict rule by the wholesaler.

Why are there limits on products?

There are product limits in place to help stabilise the high demand.
For sealed products, we have a set a maximum of 2* of the same product per household.
*Each product will have their own limits.
If we see someone trying to use different emails and names but same address we will cancel the order. If it is a repeat offender we will cancel all and likely to be banned from purchasing.
Our goal is to help collectors have access to product at a reasonable price.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship Australia wide and recently to New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days within Australia.
